Common problems in small precision parts manufacturing
Cam machines rely heavily on experienced technicians
Part changes can require slow mechanical adjustment
Conventional CNC lathes may be less efficient for small long parts
Stable feeding and 0.01 mm accuracy require the right setup
Small factories need a practical path to automation

Swiss-Type CNC lathe solutions for small-diameter parts
Depending on the confirmed machine configuration, the production flow can support feeding, turning, cutoff and back-working for small precision parts.
The right platform depends on the actual part drawing, material, tolerance, secondary operations and production quantity. It should not be treated as a universal replacement for every cam machine.

Choose architecture before choosing a model
Tool count alone does not indicate model level. HC-06BAO includes a C-axis and powered tool for compound machining; HC-06D uses a simpler row-tool layout and lists the powered head as optional. Selection must follow the required process.
| Model | Axes | Max diameter | Turning length | Spindle | Catalogue configuration |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HC-B075 | 5-axis | 7 mm | 120 mm | 50-8,000 r/min | 19 tool positions; multiple power heads |
| HC-B105 | 5-axis | 10 mm | 120 mm | 50-8,000 r/min | 19 tool positions; multiple power heads |
| HC-06Y | 3-axis | 6 mm | 120 mm | 50-8,000 r/min | Two powered tools are standard; automatic feeder can be equipped |
| HC-06BAO | 3-axis | 6 mm | 120 mm | 50-8,000 r/min | C-axis and one 0.19 kW powered tool are standard |
| HC-06D | 3-axis | 6 mm | 120 mm | 300-8,000 r/min | Powered head is optional; it is not listed as standard equipment |
Built, assembled, reviewed and tested in a real production environment
The equipment story is supported by factory-floor evidence: machine production, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, part inspection and on-site application review.

Machine production area
Real equipment on the Haichuang production floor, not a rendered showroom.

Mechanical assembly
Machine structures and precision assemblies prepared and inspected on site.

Electrical integration
Control-system wiring and electrical assembly are completed in the factory.

Microscope inspection
Machined parts are reviewed under magnification with measurement equipment.

On-site machine review
Real-machine operation and process conditions are reviewed at the equipment.

Application discussion
Technical requirements are discussed around the actual machine structure.

Production floor
Multiple machines are assembled and prepared in the real factory environment.

Machined samples
Actual sample parts support discussion of geometry, process and inspection needs.

Engineering credibility comes from the details
Slides, spindle assemblies, tool positions, electrical systems and in-process inspection are shown as real production evidence. Buyers can review the machine structure and application conditions before discussing a model.
A new wire-fed Swiss-type CNC platform is undergoing commissioning
Machine development has been completed. The current stage focuses on commissioning, process tuning and validation of coil input, material straightening, controlled feeding, turning, cutoff and back-working.
This is a pre-release machine undergoing final testing. The formal model name, specifications, options and release schedule will be confirmed after commissioning and factory validation.
